- Once the Product has been successfully shipped and/or delivered, Product exchange, return or refund are not allowed. Please be informed that all products will be thoroughly inspected for quality control before shipping them based on the confirmed orders.
- All products information and materials posted on Melium Designer Outlet website are provided on an ‘as is‘ basis without warranties express, implied or otherwise howsoever arising. Products shown on the website may differ slightly from the actual Products received.
- All Products shipped out are deemed in a good condition.
- The Company will at its sole discretion consider if a refund via store credit or exchange of Product is allowed.
- In the rare occurrence where the Product you receive is damaged, has defects and/or is faulty, please do not hesitate to contact our team at email@example.com and provide your Order Number for our reference.
- We may at our discretion offer either an immediate replacement or a full refund via store credit which you may utilize in your next visit subject to the terms below.
- If the returned Product is neither damaged, faulty nor defective upon proper inspection, we have the right to decide not to replace or refund you for the returned Product. We may even demand that you pay all reasonable carriage costs and handling charges incurred.
